  • ¼ cup carrots finely chopped
  • ¼ cup beans
  • ¼ cup cabbage
  • ¼ cup coriander finely chopped
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups water

  • Boil water with all chopped vegetables.
  • Add salt and pepper.
