STEP-BY-STEP
Combine besan, water, salt, and spices to make batter.
Add all chopped vegetables.
Heat a pan and grease lightly with oil.
Pour batter and cook until golden on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney.
NOTES
Add spinach or methi for extra nutrients.
