  • 1 cup besan gram flour
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil

  • Combine besan, water, salt, and spices to make batter.
  • Add all chopped vegetables.
