Mix roasted chana, peanuts, and almonds in a bowl.
Add turmeric, chilli powder, and black salt.
Toss everything together.
Add curry leaves for extra flavour.
Store in an airtight container.
NOTES
Add puffed rice (murmura) for a lighter version.
Add roasted makhana for more crunch.
