  • ½ cup carrots chopped
  • ½ cup beans chopped
  • ¼ cup cabbage shredded
  • ¼ cup sweet corn
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 cups water or vegetable stock
  • Coriander for garnish

  • Heat water/stock in a pot.
  • Add onion and garlic; boil for 2–3 minutes.
