  • 1 cup moong sprouts
  • ½ cup chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 green chili optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

  • Rinse the moong sprouts and steam for 3–4 minutes if you prefer softer texture.
  • Add cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chilli in a mixing bowl.
  • Add sprouts and mix gently.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and chaat masala.
  • Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  • Toss well and serve immediately.

NOTES

  • Add pomegranate for natural sweetness.
  • Avoid onion if storing for long.
  • For more protein: Add 1 tbsp roasted chana dal.
