STEP-BY-STEP
Rinse the moong sprouts and steam for 3–4 minutes if you prefer softer texture.
Add cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chilli in a mixing bowl.
Add sprouts and mix gently.
Season with salt, pepper, and chaat masala.
Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Toss well and serve immediately.
NOTES
Add pomegranate for natural sweetness.
Avoid onion if storing for long.
For more protein: Add 1 tbsp roasted chana dal.
