  • 1 green chilli
  • ½ inch ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds

  • Blend soaked moong dal, chilli, and ginger into a smooth batter.
  • Add salt, onion, coriander, and cumin seeds.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and spread small mini-chillas.
  • Cook on both sides until golden.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney.
