STEP-BY-STEP
Blend soaked moong dal, chilli, and ginger into a smooth batter.
Add salt, onion, coriander, and cumin seeds.
Heat a non-stick pan and spread small mini-chillas.
Cook on both sides until golden.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
NOTES
Add grated carrots or spinach for extra nutrition.
Make it oil-free by using a good non-stick tawa.
