  • 1 cup whole wheat flour 2 tbsp jowar flour
  • 2 tbsp bajra flour
  • 2 tbsp ragi flour
  • 1 tbsp besan chickpea flour 1 tbsp powdered oats
  • 1 tsp ghee optional
  • Warm water as required
  • Salt to taste

COOK: 8 minutes

  • Mix all flours and salt in a bowl.
  • Add warm water gradually and knead a soft dough.
  • Rest dough for 10 minutes.
  • Roll into thin rotis.
  • Roast on a hot tawa until brown spots appear.
  • Apply little ghee if desired.
