STEP-BY-STEP
Mix all flours and salt in a bowl.
Add warm water gradually and knead a soft dough.
Rest dough for 10 minutes.
Roll into thin rotis.
Roast on a hot tawa until brown spots appear.
Apply little ghee if desired.
