  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

  • Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add oats, peanut butter, almonds, and chia seeds.
  • Mix well to form a sticky dough.
  • Roll into small bite-sized balls.

  • Use coconut flakes for more texture.
