  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup curd or water
  • 1/2 onion chopped optional
  • Salt to taste Water as needed

  • Add enough water to make a thin dosa batter.
  • Rest batter for 10 minutes.
