STEP-BY-STEP
Soak poha for 1–2 minutes and drain well.
Mix poha, mashed potato, vegetables, and spices.
Shape into small cutlets.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes or shallow fry with minimal oil.
Serve with chutney.
NOTES
Add spinach puree for green cutlets.
Use oats powder instead of potato for weight-loss version.
